Payments on linked products (e.g., marketplace checkout) are governed by the respective product's terms, including Razorpay's Terms of Use.

9. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
